A rider/owner registration form must be completed prior to Livery commencement.
Any horse entering on a Livery contract will be isolated for a period no less than ten days.
It is horse owners responsibility to ensure that their horse is up to date with relevant vaccinations and adequate insurance and we encourage regular shoeing along with regular dental check up’s.
Once stabled at Inchcoonans, all horses will fall into the same worming routine.
Four week’s notice is to be given by either party in writing, or by mutual agreement, upon a decision to terminate any Livery arrangement.

Clinic Terms & Conditions

You will be required to pay for your lesson in advance. We must have a contact number and email address from anyone taking part; cancellations within 72 hours of the clinic will incur 50% payment; 24 hours of clinic will incur full clinic price, unless you are able to find an alternative rider. Cancellations to be made in writing eg Face Book or Email

If terms and conditions are breached payment for any future booking must be made in full at the time of booking or we will be unable to take any future bookings from you.

Disclaimer of liability

The management would like to remind you that participation in any equine sport involves a degree of risk to all who are involved and although we endeavour to provide a safe environment we, the organisers of the event, nor the agent, employee or representative of these bodies accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury, or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land or any person or property whatsoever, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. We respectfully suggest that you take out sufficient insurance to cover yourself and your possessions for your activities.
